I am committed to maintaining a safe and professional space for your therapy, which includes how we connect online.
Social media is not a secure platform for discussing personal therapy matters, so I kindly ask that these conversations take place through the agreed communication channels, such as email or phone.

To maintain clear boundaries, I do not accept friend or contact requests from current or former clients on personal social media accounts. Any messages sent via social media cannot be considered confidential and may not receive a response.

My social media accounts are intended to share general information, updates, and helpful resources. They are not a substitute for therapy or personal support, but a way to stay connected with information that may benefit you.
